Where the work gets shipped.
Our office sits on the top floor of a residential building near Bucharest's city center. It's not a coworking hot-desk and it's not an aspirational open-plan warehouse — it's a working software agency's office, sized for the team that actually ships here.
Since 2020, this is where FYB has run day-to-day: engineers heads-down at real desks, meeting rooms with proper conferencing gear for client calls, and a kitchen big enough to matter. Some of the team works hybrid from Bucharest or elsewhere in Europe; the office is the anchor.
Clients are welcome. If you're in Bucharest — or coming through on the way somewhere — tell us in advance and we'll host you.

The office is close to Bucharest's city center — a 15-minute walk from Alba Iulia Square (under 10 minutes by car), and a 10-minute walk from Muncii Metro Station.

THE SETUP
Built for actual work.
Workspace. Open-plan area with real desks and performant workstations — no hot-desking, everyone has a fixed setup. Redundant high-speed internet so client calls don't drop mid-demo.
Meeting rooms. Two rooms with proper conferencing gear for client meetings and internal reviews. Whiteboard walls for architecture sessions.
Kitchen and break area. Coffee, tea, water, fruit — the basics done well. A separate relaxing area so lunch and meeting-time coexist.
The point. It's a functional software-agency office, not a startup showpiece. That's the same principle we bring to client work: build for the actual use case, not for the demo.
