Answers, not link lists.
One search box that reaches across your CRM, ticketing, wiki, product docs, invoices, and code. Returns a synthesised answer with the sources it used. Deployed where your team already looks — Slack, Teams, browser extension, or your own portal.
IS THIS YOU?
- Data lives in 10 systems and finding anything means checking 5 of them.
- Account managers spend more time hunting for context than talking to customers.
- You’ve tried enterprise search — it returns 500 links and none of them help.
- Every new hire has to be shown "where to look for X" for the first month.
WHAT WE DO
- Source federation. API connections to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, GitHub, and custom DBs.
- Semantic index. Embeddings across all sources. Reindexed on a schedule you control.
- Answer synthesis. Retrieves, ranks, cites. Confidence scores. "I don’t know" is a valid answer.
- Access control. Every answer respects source-system permissions.
- Slack + Teams + browser extension + web portal. Same answer surface, wherever your team is.
HOW WE WORK
- Discovery. Which sources, which users, which top queries.
- Pilot. Fixed-scope, 3 sources, 1 deployment surface.
- Rollout. Additional sources, more users, tuned relevance.
- Run. Retainer covering source drift, model updates, relevance tuning.
WHAT YOU GET
- A single search surface across your fragmented systems.
- Synthesised answers with citations back to the source docs.
- Permission-aware — nobody sees what they shouldn’t.
- Usage analytics that surface knowledge gaps.
SAMPLE PROJECT
Alvao's native search relied on basic keyword matching — semantically relevant tickets weren't surfacing. The knowledge was there; it was just unreachable at the speed the team needed. Read how we have solved this, here
Your questions and concerns, addressed
How many sources can it federate?
We’ve deployed across 8+ sources on a single deployment. The limit is practical (indexing time, cost) not architectural.
Where does the index live?
Vector store you control (or we host). Access-controlled per your source-system permissions.
How fresh are the answers?
Reindex schedule you set — typically daily for most sources, hourly for high-velocity ones. Real-time is possible for a couple of source types.
Will it answer questions it shouldn’t?
Permission-aware retrieval — every answer respects source-system access controls. If you can’t see it in the source, you can’t get an answer from it.
What if it gives a bad answer?
Answers cite their sources; users can verify. Feedback (thumbs down) captured and reviewed to improve retrieval and prompts.

HOW PRICING WORKS
Every rollout starts with a fixed-scope pilot on 3 sources and one deployment surface. You know upfront what that costs and see the search working on real data at the end.
Full rollout is scoped from the pilot.
Ongoing runs on a monthly retainer covering source drift, model updates, and relevance tuning.

The team has the ability to do what the customer imagines at a reasonable cost. Pushed us to go live sooner on certain tasks vs trying to get to the final product, but this is more my fault. The other one is the same for customers/ systems we have worked with, but make sure to set the same priorities constantly as we get too excited about new projects as a project management team (read full review)

FYB Romania is one of the very few we are still working with because we are happy with them FYB is our long term partner for offshore software development. They always provide help in all kinds of projects, such as ecommerce website development and support and also in creating new kinds of community portals, complex server setup and support. No project seems to be too big for them. (read full review)

They are very accurate, reliable, and helpful in sorting out and finding great solutions. We had various platforms for our webshops, first we migrate one of them on Magento 1 and then we agreed to migrate all of them on Magento multistore. a lot of work &meetings but all went well, we had to learn a lot also :) (read full review)
