Count, inspect, classify — at scale.
Defect detection on production lines. Inventory counted from shelf photos. Site safety monitored from cameras you already have. Trained on your data, deployed where the data lives — cloud, edge, or on-prem.
IS THIS YOU?
- Quality inspection is manual and inconsistent between shifts.
- Stock counts drift because manual counts happen quarterly, not daily.
- Safety compliance is spot-checked — you don’t know what you’re missing.
- You’ve got cameras or images sitting unused as data.
WHAT WE DO
- Data labelling. We work with your team to build a labelled dataset — the piece 90% of vendors skip.
- Model training. Fine-tuned on your data. Not "an off-the-shelf model dropped on your problem."
- Cloud, edge device, or on-prem — wherever your data can’t leave.
- Results flow into your ERP, WMS, quality system, or dashboard.
- Monitoring + retraining. Model drift detection. Scheduled retraining as your production changes.
HOW WE WORK
- Discovery + data audit. What are you looking at, what’s the decision, what data do you have.
- Feasibility pilot. Fixed-fee. We build a small model on a sample and prove the accuracy claim.
- Production build. Full labelling, training, deployment, integration.
- Run. Monitoring, retraining, expansion to adjacent use cases.
WHAT YOU GET
- A model that works on your data, deployed where the data actually lives.
- Accuracy metrics you can defend, not just a demo screenshot.
- Results piped into the systems your team already uses.
- A monitoring layer so we know when to retrain.
SAMPLE PROJECT
Manual monitoring didn't scale. Safety officers couldn't watch every worker at every moment. Violations went unnoticed, exposing the company to regulatory fines, project delays, and — most importantly — worker-injury risk. Read the full story here
Your questions and concerns, addressed
How much training data do you need?
Depends on the task. Defect detection with a few dozen defect types: typically 100–500 labelled examples per type to reach usable accuracy. We calibrate on the feasibility pilot.
Where does the model run?
Cloud (AWS/GCP), edge device (Jetson, NUC), or on-prem — wherever your data must live. We deploy where the constraint dictates.
What accuracy can we expect?
The feasibility pilot proves the accuracy claim on a slice of your real data. Typically 85–95% for well-defined visual tasks with clean data; less if the labels are ambiguous or the classes are similar.
What about privacy — GDPR, faces?
If the use case involves people, we bake in blur/anonymisation at the ingestion layer. We won’t build a system that stores identifiable images unless a specific compliant use case requires it — and then only with your legal team’s sign-off.
Can we retrain as our production changes?
Yes. Monthly retainer covers scheduled retraining. Model drift is monitored and alerts when accuracy dips.

HOW PRICING WORKS
Every vision project starts with a fixed-fee feasibility pilot — we build a small model on a sample of your data and prove the accuracy claim before you commit further. You know upfront what that costs.
Production build is scoped from the pilot. Ongoing runs on a monthly retainer covering monitoring and scheduled retraining. Single rate.

The team has the ability to do what the customer imagines at a reasonable cost. Pushed us to go live sooner on certain tasks vs trying to get to the final product, but this is more my fault. The other one is the same for customers/ systems we have worked with, but make sure to set the same priorities constantly as we get too excited about new projects as a project management team (read full review)

FYB Romania is one of the very few we are still working with because we are happy with them FYB is our long term partner for offshore software development. They always provide help in all kinds of projects, such as ecommerce website development and support and also in creating new kinds of community portals, complex server setup and support. No project seems to be too big for them. (read full review)

They are very accurate, reliable, and helpful in sorting out and finding great solutions. We had various platforms for our webshops, first we migrate one of them on Magento 1 and then we agreed to migrate all of them on Magento multistore. a lot of work &meetings but all went well, we had to learn a lot also :) (read full review)
