Answers grounded in your own knowledge base.
Wikis, PDFs, tickets, Slack threads, product docs — the answers your team already wrote are trapped where nobody finds them. A RAG assistant makes them findable, quotable, and up-to-date. Deployed inside the tools your team already uses.
IS THIS YOU?
- Onboarding a new hire takes weeks because the docs are scattered.
- Same support questions get answered from scratch every time an experienced person leaves.
- Your knowledge base exists — but search is broken and nobody uses it.
- You’re bleeding time on questions that already have written answers somewhere.
WHAT WE DO
- Source connection. Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, Zendesk, Salesforce Knowledge, custom DBs — connected via API, not scraped.
- Ingest pipeline. Chunking, embeddings, vector store. Reindexed on schedule so answers stay current.
- Retrieval + generation. Answers cite their sources. Hallucination guardrails. Fallback to "I don’t know."
- Deployment surface. Slack, Teams, web widget, internal portal — wherever the team already is.
- Access control. Respects the source system’s permissions. Nobody sees what they shouldn’t.
- Analytics. Which questions get asked, which sources get cited, what got a thumbs down.
HOW WE WORK
- Discovery. 45 minutes. Which sources, which users, what questions.
- Pilot. 2–4 week fixed-scope pilot on one source and one deployment surface. You see real answers on real data.
- Rollout. Additional sources, wider audience, permissions tuning.
- Run. Monthly maintenance retainer covering source drift, model updates, analytics review.
WHAT YOU GET
- An assistant deployed where your team works, not a demo in a browser tab.
- Every answer with citations back to source documents.
- Permission-aware retrieval — no surprise data leaks.
- Analytics on usage + gaps in your knowledge base.
- A monthly retainer that keeps the answers fresh.

Your questions and concerns, addressed
What sources can it read?
Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, Zendesk KB, Salesforce Knowledge, SQL databases with document tables, custom APIs. If your source isn’t listed, we’ll tell you on discovery whether we can connect it.
What happens with our data?
Ingested into a vector store you control (or we host if you prefer). Nothing leaves your infrastructure boundary unless you choose a hosted LLM API — and that call is yours per source.
How does it handle permissions?
Every retrieval respects the source system’s permissions. If someone can’t see a doc in Confluence, they can’t get an answer from it via the assistant.
What if it hallucinates?
Guardrails: retrieval-only mode by default, answers cite their sources, "I don’t know" is a valid answer. Confidence scoring on every response. Human-review sample on new deployments.
What’s the ongoing cost?
Two components: the retainer (source drift, model updates, analytics) and the LLM API call cost (usage-based). We monitor both and cap per your policy.

HOW PRICING WORKS
The discovery call is free — 45 minutes. If we move forward, we start with a fixed-scope pilot on one source and one deployment surface. You know upfront what the pilot costs and see real answers on real data at the end.
Full rollout is scoped from the pilot. Ongoing runs on a monthly retainer that covers source drift, model updates, and analytics review.

The team has the ability to do what the customer imagines at a reasonable cost. Pushed us to go live sooner on certain tasks vs trying to get to the final product, but this is more my fault. The other one is the same for customers/ systems we have worked with, but make sure to set the same priorities constantly as we get too excited about new projects as a project management team (read full review)

FYB Romania is one of the very few we are still working with because we are happy with them FYB is our long term partner for offshore software development. They always provide help in all kinds of projects, such as ecommerce website development and support and also in creating new kinds of community portals, complex server setup and support. No project seems to be too big for them. (read full review)

They are very accurate, reliable, and helpful in sorting out and finding great solutions. We had various platforms for our webshops, first we migrate one of them on Magento 1 and then we agreed to migrate all of them on Magento multistore. a lot of work &meetings but all went well, we had to learn a lot also :) (read full review)
