- Product architecture. We start with the actual problem, not the framework. Data model, workflows, integrations, non-functional requirements.
- PHP + Symfony implementation. Symfony because it’s mature, maintainable, and lives ten years. Not because it’s trendy.
- Front-end. React or Twig depending on the app — not React because everything must be React.
- Cloud setup. AWS, GCP, Hetzner, whatever fits the load and the budget you actually have.
- Handover documentation. So your future team can extend it. This is not optional.

- Scope sprint. Written scope with data model sketches, integration map, effort ranges.
- Iterative build. 2-week sprints. Weekly demos. Real product feedback, not "does it match the spec".
- Launch & handover. Production deployment, documentation, and either a support retainer or a clean handoff.

Do you work outside PHP/Symfony?
Symfony is our default because it’s mature and maintainable. We use Node.js where the use case fits (real-time, high-concurrency). If your problem needs a stack we don’t specialise in, we’ll tell you and point you elsewhere.
Who owns the code?
You. Handed over at each milestone. No lock-in.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes, either as a retainer or by-the-hour ad-hoc. Most engagements include 30 days of post-launch stabilisation baked in.
Can we hand it over to another team later?
Yes — that’s why the handover documentation exists. A new engineer should be able to onboard in a week.
What’s the smallest engagement you’ll take?
Scoping sprint is the entry point (about a week). Full engagements typically start at a couple of months minimum to justify onboarding.
HOW PRICING WORKS
Every bespoke build starts with a fixed-fee scoping sprint — you know upfront what that costs and get a written scope with data model sketches, integration map, and effort ranges at the end. You keep the scope doc either way.
