- Founder oversight. A co-founder is on your engagement’s architecture and code-quality reviews. If something feels off, we flag it before you notice.
- Monthly billing, 30-day notice. No annual lock-ins. Scale up, scale down, pause between projects.
HOW WE WORK
- Fit call. 60 minutes. You describe the work; we describe what allocation shape actually fits. If we’re not the right team, we say so.
- Trial sprint. First 2 weeks are a paid trial sprint. You see the engineer’s output on real tickets before committing to the longer engagement.
- Ongoing. Monthly cadence: weekly stand-up in your channel, monthly review with the co-founder overseeing the engagement, quarterly retro.
- Scale or wind down. Add or remove headcount quarterly. 30-day notice on any change.

Your questions and concerns, addressed
Can I interview the engineer before committing?
Yes. Fit call after the scoping conversation; then the paid 2-week trial sprint.
What if the trial engineer doesn’t work out?
We swap them. The next engineer runs another trial sprint. If we can’t get you a fit within a reasonable window, we part ways with no penalty on either side.
Do you work under our NDA?
Yes. Standard for us. We’ll also sign end-client NDAs on white-label engagements.
Can we use our own project management tools?
Yes. We work in your Jira, your Slack, your GitHub/GitLab. No parallel universe.
What about IP?
All code produced during the engagement is yours by default, per the master agreement. Standard.
HOW PRICING WORKS
Dedicated Team is billed as a monthly allocation of engineer hours — you pick the shape (0.5, 1, or 2 FTE) and the duration. Minimum 3 months to justify onboarding. 30-day notice to change or end.
