Magento integrations that hold up in production

ERP, CRM, WMS, PIM, payments. Built in Magento-native code — not a black-box connector you can’t debug at 3am. Monitoring, retry logic, and a runbook come standard.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Your ERP (SAP, Dynamics, Odoo, Sage) and Magento are out of sync and reconciling by hand.
  • CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is receiving half-broken customer data.
  • WMS or 3PL handoff breaks whenever an order has a substitution.
  • PIM to Magento sync is fragile and blocks catalog updates during peak windows.
  • A previous vendor built the integration — and now no one on your team dares touch it.

WHAT WE DO

  • Integration audit. Map API surfaces, data contracts, failure modes, volume. Design doc, not a slide.
  • Design doc. Entities, mappings, error handling, retry logic, idempotency. You review before we write a line of code.
  • Implementation in Magento-native code. Not a black-box connector. Your team can read it, extend it, debug it — with or without us.
  • Structured logging, alerting on failure patterns, retry queues, dead-letter handling.
  • Runbook + on-call handoff. Written procedures for the common failure modes. Your team runs it, or we keep the pager.

HOW WE WORK

  • Scoping call. 60 minutes. Which systems, which entities, what volume, what breaks today.
  • Audit sprint. Fixed-fee. We produce the design doc.
  • Build & test. Weekly demos. Staging identical to prod. Load tests before cutover.
  • Cutover & handoff. Staged cutover, monitoring live, runbook handed to your team or kept by us.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A design doc your CTO can approve, not a proposal that hides behind jargon.
  • Integration code your own team can read and maintain.
  • Observability tooling so failures don’t hide until an accountant catches them.
  • A runbook — the actual thing, not "we’ll document it later".
  • An on-call handoff you can accept or decline. Either way, in writing.

Your questions and concerns, addressed

Which systems have you integrated with?
ERP: Paragon, SAP, Dynamics 365, Odoo, Sage. CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive. WMS + 3PL: multiple. PIM: Akeneo, Pimcore. Payments: Stripe, Adyen, PayPal. If your system isn’t listed, we’ll tell you on the scoping call whether we can integrate or should refer you elsewhere.
What if the third-party API is poorly documented?
The audit surfaces API-quality issues. We build in additional testing, retry logic, and defensive fallbacks. Some integrations are more expensive to build against bad APIs; the design doc calls that out upfront.
How do you handle integration failures in production?
Structured logging, alerting on failure patterns, retry queues, dead-letter handling. Every failed message is retried per rules you approve; anything that can’t recover is queued for human review with context.
Can our team maintain the integration after handover?
Yes. The code is in Magento-native PHP, readable, documented, with a written runbook covering the common failure modes.
What if I need to change something a year from now?
Come back, or your own team can. That’s the point of not shipping black-box connectors.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Every integration starts with a fixed-fee audit sprint — you know upfront what that costs and get a written design doc at the end. The main project is scoped from the design doc.
A single rate regardless of role. Itemised after the 60-minute scoping call: hours per module, per integration surface. No black-box quoting.

The team has the ability to do what the customer imagines at a reasonable cost. Pushed us to go live sooner on certain tasks vs trying to get to the final product, but this is more my fault. The other one is the same for customers/ systems we have worked with, but make sure to set the same priorities constantly as we get too excited about new projects as a project management team (read full review)

FYB Romania is one of the very few we are still working with because we are happy with them FYB is our long term partner for offshore software development. They always provide help in all kinds of projects, such as ecommerce website development and support and also in creating new kinds of community portals, complex server setup and support. No project seems to be too big for them. (read full review)

They are very accurate, reliable, and helpful in sorting out and finding great solutions. We had various platforms for our webshops, first we migrate one of them on Magento 1 and then we agreed to migrate all of them on Magento multistore. a lot of work &meetings but all went well, we had to learn a lot also :) (read full review)
