Magento maintenance that actually maintains.
Security patches on time. Minor features shipped every month. SLA response on critical bugs. A named engineer you can reach on Slack — not a ticket queue and a five-day wait. Predictable monthly cost, no drama.

IS THIS YOU?
- Security patches are months behind and nobody wants to touch them.
- Small feature requests pile up because dev resource is always reactive.
- Your current vendor ghosts for days when something breaks.
- In-house dev is leaving and you need continuity next month.
- You’d rather pay a known monthly number than chase quotes every fortnight.
- Extensions haven’t been reviewed in years and you don’t know which ones still ship security updates.
WHAT WE DO
- Monthly retainer, tiered by hours. Typical tiers: 20 / 40 / 80 hours per month. Match spend to workload; discount for annual commitment.
- Security patch coverage. Magento core patches applied on schedule. Extension patches tracked and applied within the retainer.
- Minor feature work. Small enhancements, layout tweaks, new payment methods, tax rule changes — inside the retainer hours.
- Monthly report. Uptime, Core Web Vitals, security posture, hours spent, hours remaining. Sent on the first business day of the month.
- SLA on critical issues. Named response window (usually 1–4 business hours depending on tier) confirmed in the agreement.
- Named engineer on Slack. You know who to ping. No ticket queue.
HOW WE WORK
- Handover audit. Before the retainer starts, we audit the codebase, infra, and extension stack so we know what we’re taking on. Fixed-fee. You keep the report either way.
- Retainer kicks off. Named engineer joins your Slack. Monthly cadence: security review week 1, feature work weeks 2–3, monitoring + report week 4.
- Critical incidents. Response within the SLA window. Escalation to a co-founder if the fix isn’t straightforward.
- Quarterly review. 30-minute call to review the past quarter, adjust the tier, plan the next.
WHAT YOU GET
- A named engineer with your setup in their head — not a ticket queue.
- Security patches applied on schedule, in writing, so audits stop being a scramble.
- Minor feature work shipped monthly instead of quarterly.
- SLA response on the things that hurt production.
- A monthly report your ops team and your board can both read.
Your questions and concerns, addressed
What counts as "an hour" — response time or delivery time?
Delivery time. Response is inside the SLA (1–4 business hours depending on tier); the actual work is billed against retainer hours. Response itself doesn’t consume hours.
What if we don’t use all our retainer hours in a month?
Small carry-over is fine within a quarter; larger unused blocks trigger a tier-down conversation at the quarterly review. We won’t burn hours on make-work.
Can the named engineer change?
Sometimes: illness, vacation, personal changes. When it happens, we transfer knowledge with a written handover and introduce the replacement on a call. Stability is a value, not an absolute.
Do you cover Adobe Commerce as well as Open Source Magento?
Yes. Same engineers, same rates.
What if we need more than 80 hours in a month?
Top-up hours at standard rate, or move to a Dedicated Team engagement instead. The /services/dedicated-team page covers that.

HOW PRICING WORKS
Maintenance is a monthly retainer — tiered by hours (typically 20 / 40 / 80 per month) so you match spend to workload. Discount for annual commitment. Ad-hoc top-up hours at standard rate when a month spikes.
A single rate regardless of role. SLA response times and named engineer confirmed in the retainer agreement.

The team has the ability to do what the customer imagines at a reasonable cost. Pushed us to go live sooner on certain tasks vs trying to get to the final product, but this is more my fault. The other one is the same for customers/ systems we have worked with, but make sure to set the same priorities constantly as we get too excited about new projects as a project management team (read full review)

FYB Romania is one of the very few we are still working with because we are happy with them FYB is our long term partner for offshore software development. They always provide help in all kinds of projects, such as ecommerce website development and support and also in creating new kinds of community portals, complex server setup and support. No project seems to be too big for them. (read full review)

They are very accurate, reliable, and helpful in sorting out and finding great solutions. We had various platforms for our webshops, first we migrate one of them on Magento 1 and then we agreed to migrate all of them on Magento multistore. a lot of work &meetings but all went well, we had to learn a lot also :) (read full review)

— A few seconds to fill in a form and we'll do the rest!
30-minute call. We ask about your current setup, your extension stack, and the last time something broke. If a retainer fits, we scope one on the same call.
