Make your Magento store fast — and keep it fast.
Core Web Vitals passing. LCP under 2.5 seconds on product pages. Checkout that doesn’t stutter under load. Every second of delay costs conversions — we measure before, we measure after, and we tell you what each fix moved.

IS THIS YOU?
- Core Web Vitals are failing and Search Console keeps flagging it.
- LCP is over 4 seconds on product pages and you don’t know why.
- Checkout feels sluggish; cart abandonment is climbing.
- Server response times spike whenever traffic bumps.
- You’ve already tried a cache plugin and it didn’t solve it.
- A previous vendor "optimised" the site and things got worse.
WHAT WE DO
- End-to-end performance audit. Front-end, back-end, database, Redis, Varnish, CDN, third-party scripts. No stone left unlooked-under.
- Prioritised fix list. Every fix ranked by expected delta vs effort. You decide the cut-off.
- Image pipeline (WebP, AVIF, responsive sizes), critical CSS, JS deferral, DB indexes, Varnish tuning, PHP-OPcache config, third-party audit.
- Measurement per fix. LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB — before and after each deployment. No claims without numbers.
- Monitoring (optional). Monthly retainer with automated regression alerts if Core Web Vitals drift back.
HOW WE WORK
- Kick-off call. 30 minutes. We ask about traffic patterns, checkout complaints, past optimisation attempts, and what your Core Web Vitals dashboard shows today.
- Audit sprint. 5–7 business days. We instrument the site, run synthetic and real-user measurements, dig into the DB, review the extension stack.
- Report + roadmap. Written report with prioritised fixes, expected impact per fix, and a suggested implementation order. Reviewed with you on a call.
- Implementation. We implement in staged deploys — each deploy carries a subset of fixes so we can measure the delta cleanly. Weekly progress reports.
- Handover or retainer. Clean handover with a runbook, or we stay on for monthly monitoring.
WHAT YOU GET
- A written performance audit with concrete findings and expected fix impact — usable independently of us.
- Prioritised roadmap tied to your Core Web Vitals baseline.
- Implementation of the top-impact fixes with before/after numbers per deployment.
- A monitoring setup that catches regressions before Search Console does.
- Optional monthly retainer for ongoing tuning as your catalog and traffic evolve.
Your questions and concerns, addressed
Will you also cache more aggressively?
Probably yes, but caching is a Band-Aid. The audit finds the underlying issues — slow queries, unoptimised images, blocking JS — and fixes those first. Caching stacks on top and is more effective when the base is clean.
Can you actually improve INP?
Yes. INP is usually JS execution and third-party scripts. We audit both and defer or drop what’s non-essential.
Will performance improvements affect our conversion rate?
Almost always yes, positively — but conversion depends on many factors. We report LCP/INP/TTFB improvements factually and let the analytics show the conversion delta.
Do you touch design or content?
Not without asking. Performance work is technical; if we see a UX issue that’s tanking conversions, we flag it — but design changes are a separate engagement.
What if performance regresses after handover?
The monitoring retainer catches it early. Without a retainer, you’ll notice via Search Console CWV alerts and we can re-engage.

HOW PRICING WORKS
Every migration starts with a fixed-fee audit sprint — you know upfront what the audit costs and what deliverables it produces. The full migration is scoped from that audit; you approve the plan and the ceiling before we cut any code.
A single rate regardless of role. Transparent breakdown: hours per module, extension by extension. No hidden "project management" lift.

The team has the ability to do what the customer imagines at a reasonable cost. Pushed us to go live sooner on certain tasks vs trying to get to the final product, but this is more my fault. The other one is the same for customers/ systems we have worked with, but make sure to set the same priorities constantly as we get too excited about new projects as a project management team (read full review)

FYB Romania is one of the very few we are still working with because we are happy with them FYB is our long term partner for offshore software development. They always provide help in all kinds of projects, such as ecommerce website development and support and also in creating new kinds of community portals, complex server setup and support. No project seems to be too big for them. (read full review)

They are very accurate, reliable, and helpful in sorting out and finding great solutions. We had various platforms for our webshops, first we migrate one of them on Magento 1 and then we agreed to migrate all of them on Magento multistore. a lot of work &meetings but all went well, we had to learn a lot also :) (read full review)
