Stuck Magento project? We finish what others couldn’t.

Failed migrations. Bailed agencies. Hyvä builds that went nowhere. We walk into the mess, do an honest triage in five business days, and take over delivery if the numbers make sense. No blame, no theatre — just a plan and an end date.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Your agency stopped responding, or handed you back the repo mid-sprint.
  • A Hyvä or PWA project stalled and you can’t tell if it’s salvageable.
  • Launch date keeps slipping and nobody can explain why.
  • Production has critical bugs your internal team can’t diagnose.
  • You inherited a codebase with no documentation and no coherent architecture.

WHAT WE DO

  • Triage sprint (5 business days). Independent audit of code, infrastructure, integrations, and delivery status. Read-only — we don’t touch prod without a plan.
  • Triage report. An honest verdict: rescuable, partial rewrite, or start over. No hedging.
  • Salvage plan. For each path, effort estimate, risk callouts, cost range. You choose. We stand behind the numbers.
  • Full takeover (optional). We finish the build to launch and hand off cleanly — including documentation your next team can actually use.
  • Stabilisation retainer (optional). First 60 days post-launch, we’re on the hook for issues, patches, and observability tuning.

HOW WE WORK

  • Kick-off call. 30 minutes. A co-founder listens, asks blunt questions, tells you honestly if we’re the right team for this.
  • Access & triage. You give us read access. We spend 5 business days in the code, infra, and delivery artefacts.
  • Triage report + salvage plan. Written. Delivered by end of day 5. Reviewed with you on a call the same week.
  • Decision. You pick a path. We book resources or hand the plan back and wish you well.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Written triage report with concrete findings, not consultant-ware.
  • Path-by-path effort and cost ranges you can take to your board.
  • A named co-founder as your direct contact throughout the engagement.
  • If you take the salvage path: a project plan with sprint-level milestones and a real launch date.
  • If you take the takeover path: production-ready code, transferable documentation, and a post-launch on-call arrangement.

SAMPLE PROJECT

We triaged in 5 days, cut half the abandoned Hyvä work, kept what was salvageable, shipped the store to production 7 weeks later. Post-launch: 60 days of stabilisation retainer, no critical incidents. → Read the full story

Your questions and concerns, addressed

What if the code is genuinely unsalvageable?
We tell you. The triage report gives a written verdict — rescue, partial rewrite, or start over — with the reasoning. If we recommend start-over, we point you at teams that specialise in it.
How fast can you start the triage?
Typically within five business days of signing. If it’s a production emergency (site down, revenue at risk), same week.
Do you need to talk to our previous agency?
No. You give us read access to the code and infrastructure; we work from what’s there. If contacting the previous team would help, we’ll suggest it — but it’s not required.
What if we have another vendor bidding to finish this?
Send us the triage regardless. If we don’t win the work, you keep the triage report and the salvage plan — usable with whichever team you pick.
Can we run the rescue as a fixed-price engagement?
Yes, from the triage forward. The triage sprint is always fixed-fee. The rescue itself can be fixed-price (with a modest risk premium) or T&M (transparent hours). Your call after the triage.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Every rescue starts with a fixed-fee triage sprint — you know upfront what that costs and what you get. If we go past triage, the rescue engagement is scoped from what the report surfaces.
Single rate regardless of role. Every proposal is itemised — hours per module, no black-box "platform consulting" line items, no opaque multipliers.

The team has the ability to do what the customer imagines at a reasonable cost. Pushed us to go live sooner on certain tasks vs trying to get to the final product, but this is more my fault. The other one is the same for customers/ systems we have worked with, but make sure to set the same priorities constantly as we get too excited about new projects as a project management team (read full review)

FYB Romania is one of the very few we are still working with because we are happy with them FYB is our long term partner for offshore software development. They always provide help in all kinds of projects, such as ecommerce website development and support and also in creating new kinds of community portals, complex server setup and support. No project seems to be too big for them. (read full review)

They are very accurate, reliable, and helpful in sorting out and finding great solutions. We had various platforms for our webshops, first we migrate one of them on Magento 1 and then we agreed to migrate all of them on Magento multistore. a lot of work &meetings but all went well, we had to learn a lot also :) (read full review)
